2023年10月22日 芸術祭 「庄内 風と土の美術館」にて行ったperformance & workshop の記録。 『Bacchus croquis』 古代ローマ神話、ワインの神様バッカス像のポージングを行い、その光景をクロッキーしてもらった。 日本において西欧美術の影響は絶大であり、現在の美術がある。 空虚な多神教文化を根底に備えている日本。 仮設的神々の創出行為はさほど不自然でもなく、どこかしっくりとさえくる。 私達はそこに何を感じ、どのように捉えていくのだろうか。 ※アンコールに応え、バッカス像の他 ダビデ像のポージングも行った。

October 22, 2023 Record of performance & workshop at the art festival "Shonai Museum of Wind and Soil". 『Bacchus croquis』 I posed the statue of Bacchus, the ancient Roman god of mythology and wine, myself, and asked the audience to croquis the scene. The influence of Western art in Japan has been tremendous, and art exists today. Japan has an empty polytheistic culture at its core. The act of creating temporary gods is not so unnatural and even somewhat fitting. What will we feel there and how will we perceive it? *In response to an encore, I posed for the statue of David as well as the statue of Bacchus.
